ABOUT US

Hello. I am JASON PAUL REVELLE, CEO, co-founder, and lead project manager at REVELLE CONSULTING GROUP. Thank you for visiting.

I bring more than 25 years of full-time experience in high-stakes corporate communications—including over 50,000 hours logged and 20,000+ projects completed.

After early careers as a nationally recognized skateboarder and magazine journalist in Canada, I relocated to Tokyo in 2002 with only 4,000 CAD in my bank account, no job, and a clear vision:

To build bridges of communication between the East and West while helping major enterprises protect their reputation, reduce regulatory and legal risk exposure, and deliver clear, confident, audit-ready corporate messaging that strengthens market value and stakeholder trust

I started with consulting for gaming companies in Yokohama, then moved to comms at a KPMG intl. relations department in Tokyo, followed by a role at Toyota Motor Corporation’s intl. PR department at the company’s Tokyo headquarters.

Driven by entrepreneurship, I transitioned full-time into independent practice during 2007–2009. Having honed my craft in Japan’s global business center for more than 25 years, I now serve as a risk mitigation partner for hedge funds and alternative asset managers—helping protect assets under management, reduce redemption risk, and deliver audit-ready investor communications, with full human control, orchestration, and oversight of all workflows (EU AI Act and ISO compliant).

My experience spans finance & banking, automotive, aerospace, government, and regulatory environments. Notable work includes editing Mizuho Corporate Bank’s Dealer's Eye Asia forex report for over 15 years and contributing to integrated investor reports for companies listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. I continue to support Toyota Motor Corporation and other multinational clients.

I am also married with two children, an avid homeschooler, hold Permanent Residency in Japan (since 2013), and live south of Tokyo.

REVELLE CONSULTING GROUP (RCG) does not disclose any personal or corporate information obtained in the course of business—including names, contact details, project files, communications, performance data, or sensitive information—to third parties, except as required by law. USE of INFORMATION

DATA RETENTION and REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

AI Policy

PURPOSE
REVELLE CONSULTING GROUP (RCG) maintains this AI Policy to ensure responsible, transparent, and fully compliant use of artificial intelligence in institutional communications. We operate in complete alignment with the EU AI Act (including Article 14 human oversight and Article 50 transparency obligations), ISO/IEC 42001, and global financial regulatory expectations.

We maintain full human control, orchestration, and oversight on every deliverable. AI is used only as a secure, supportive tool for research, structuring, and scale—never as a replacement for human work or judgment. Every output undergoes rigorous human review to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, brand voice, and protection of sensitive information.

SCOPE
This policy applies to all AI systems, tools, and processes used in our work for hedge funds and alternative asset managers.

TECHNICAL & COMPLIANCE ARCHITECTURE
- All processing occurs in isolated enterprise environments with contractual Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) guarantees.
- Material non-public information (MNPI), fund performance data, and client materials are never used to train public models.
- Intermediate files and caches are purged within 14 business days.
- Final deliverables are always created via full human control, orchestration, and oversight and are thus fully vetted to ensure 100% human authorship and compliance at all stages of the workflow.
